Personal Object Still Life
Students were taught different techniques for shading such as hatching, cross hatching, stippling, scumbling, and blending with tortillons. They also learned how to arrange a still life using their own personal objects and how to choose the appropriate drawing tools (such as graphite pencils, blending tools, erasers, etc.) to add value to their still life rendering.
